ADMISSION OF EMPLOYEE
At the admission of employees, the employer must adhere to the various routines, for hiring and recording the employment relationship, among which, specifically:
WORK AND SOCIAL SECURITY PORTFOLIO (CTPS)
The Work and Social Security Card shall be presented, against receipt, by the worker to the employer who admits it, who shall have 48 (forty-eight) hours in which to enter it, specifically:
Identification of the employer;
The date of admission;
Remuneration and special conditions, if any.
BOOK OF EMPLOYEE SHEET
The medical examination at admission is an essential requirement and must be done on behalf of the employer, since through it the physical or mental capacity of the employee is verified, as provided in art. 168, I, of the CLT.
TRADE UNION CONTRIBUTION
At the time of the admission of any employee, it shall require the employer to present proof of discharge of the union contribution. If the employee does not prove, either through the note in the CTPS, or through a collection guide or a statement from the union itself, the employer must make the discount.
The employee to receive the Transportation Ticket must inform the employer, in writing:
Your home address;
The services and means of transport most appropriate to your work-to-work displacement and vice versa;
